■1977 Hsiang Li Industrial Co., Ltd. establishes a factory in Changhua specializing in bicycle saddles.
■1978 The factory is moved to Nan Gang Industrial Park in Nantou County.
■1982 Hsiang Li Industrial Co., Ltd. becomes the first Taiwanese company to successfully develop
single-mold, integral PU skin technology.
■1984 Production of PU foam saddles commences.
■1985 Hsiang Li Industrial Co., Ltd. becomes the first Taiwanese company to successfully develop
vacuum foam model technology.
■1987 Production of HR PU foam saddles commences.
■1990 Safe Strong Bicycle Parts Co.,Ltd. is established in Shenzhen, China.
■1993 Production of vacuum-foam saddles begins. The Vapor brand name is introduced.
■1994 Hsiang Li Industrial Co., Ltd.’s name is officially changed to Cionlli Industrial Co.,Ltd.
■1995 Cionlli Industrial Co., Ltd. obtains ISO9002 certification.
■1997 Safe Strong Bicycle Parts (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. obtains ISO9002 certification.
■1998 Cionlli Bicycle Components (Tai Cang) Co., Ltd. is established in Jiangsu Province, China.
■2001 Cionlli Bicycle Components (Tai Cang) Co., Ltd. is relocated to its current facility.
Cionlli establishes Hong Li Bicycle Parts (Shunde) Co., Ltd. China.
■2002 Hong Li Bicycle Parts (Shunde) Co., Ltd. obtains ISO 9001:2000 certification.
■2004 Cionlli Bicycle Components (Tian Jin) Co., Ltd. is established in Tian Jin, China.
